Every Rays N Jays product is made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days, after which your order ships. Shipping time depends on your location — most US orders arrive within 3–7 days after fulfillment. You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

Your order is printed and shipped by Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment partner with facilities worldwide. Your order is fulfilled from whichever facility can do it most efficiently based on your location.

Because every item is made specifically for you, we have a very short window to make changes. Contact us at info@raydraws.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Once fulfillment has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. If you haven't received a tracking email or have questions about your shipment, reach out to us at info@raydraws.com with your order number.

Because our products are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering — every product listing includes a size guide.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we've got you covered. Contact us at info@raydraws.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll work with Printful to send you a free reprint or issue a refund. You do not need to return the damaged item.

That's on us. If the wrong item was sent, contact us at info@raydraws.com within 30 days with your order number and photos. We'll make it right with a reprint or refund at no cost to you.

We don't offer refunds or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size. We strongly recommend checking the size guide on every product page before purchasing. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

First, check your tracking link for the latest update. Shipments can occasionally be delayed by carriers. If your order is past its estimated delivery date, wait 1–2 additional days, then contact us at info@raydraws.com. Lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Check around your property, with neighbors, and at your local post office first — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early. If it still hasn't turned up within 2 days, contact us at info@raydraws.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Contact us immediately at info@raydraws.com if you notice an address error. If your order hasn't entered fulfillment yet, we may be able to update it. If it's already shipped, we unfortunately cannot reroute the package and a new order may need to be placed.

Yes — Printful ships worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes assessed by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Some garments may have a mild vinegary odor when first received — this is completely normal and temporary. It comes from the printing process and will dissipate within a few days, and definitely after the first wash.

Don't worry — this is not a stain. It's a normal byproduct of the garment printing process and will wash off completely after the first wash cycle. Our apparel uses water-based, eco-friendly inks.

To keep your print looking sharp: wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry on low heat, and avoid ironing directly on the print. Do not bleach. Following these steps will keep your piece looking great for years.

Printful operates facilities that comply with ethical manufacturing standards. Products are printed on demand — meaning nothing is produced until you order it, which reduces waste compared to traditional bulk manufacturing.
